G Developments is now hiring IT Service Desk Engineer.
We're seeking a proactive IT Service Desk Engineer to provide technical support, troubleshoot user issues, and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems across the organization.
The role focuses on maintaining hardware, software, and network functionality while delivering high-quality service to internal users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first and second-line technical support to users via ticketing system, email, and phone.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain PCs, printers, and related equipment.
- Support user onboarding and account management across systems.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant IT teams and follow up on resolutions.
- Maintain documentation of incidents, solutions, and standard procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk environments.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals.
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure.
