Who We're Looking For :

We need a hands-on marketing leader who rolls up their sleeves and leads by example – not someone who delegates everything and watches from the sidelines. This role is 40% execution, 60% strategy. You'll be launching campaigns yourself, organizing events, optimizing ads, and working alongside a small team (4-8 people) to drive real results. We're building fast, experimenting constantly, and moving toward breakeven. Speed and adaptability matter more than perfection.

What You'll Do: 
Strategic Leadership (60%)

● Develop quarterly marketing plans aligned with aggressive growth targets

● Identify and test new revenue streams through rapid experimentation

● Analyze market trends, competitors, and campaign performance to pivot quickly

● Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Business Development to align efforts

● Manage quarterly marketing budgets and present results to leadership Hands-On Execution (40%)

● Work directly with the team on day-to-day execution

We're looking for someone who enjoys being hands-on and proactive — not just directing from above.

What We Need From You Experience:

● 7+ years in marketing roles

● 3–5 years as a Marketing Manager

● Startup experience is mandatory – you understand scrappy, fast-paced environments

Skills & Mindset:

● Comfortable with both online and offline marketing tactics

● Data-driven: you measure everything and adapt fast

● Hands-on executor who doesn't wait for permission to act

● Natural leader who mentors by doing, not just directing

● Thrives under pressure and tight deadlines
