is seeking a
highly experienced Marketing Manager
with a strong background in
digital marketing within the Saudi market
. The ideal candidate will lead marketing strategies, oversee campaigns, and drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute monthly and annual marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns across all major platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Supervise and support the marketing team to ensure strong performance and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize campaigns and conversion rates.
  • Prepare regular performance and ROI reports for management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience
    in
    digital marketing within the Saudi market
    (mandatory).
  • Strong experience managing and optimizing paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English and familiarity with modern marketing tools.
  • Ability to work remotely with strong organization and accountability.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

  • إعداد وتنفيذ الخطط التسويقية الشهرية والسنوية لتحقيق أهداف الشركة.
  • إدارة الحملات الإعلانية عبر مختلف المنصات (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn...).
  • تحليل بيانات السوق والمنافسين ووضع استراتيجيات فعّالة لجذب العملاء.
  • متابعة أداء الفريق التسويقي وتقديم الدعم الفني والتطويري.
  • التنسيق مع قسم المبيعات لضمان تكامل الحملات وتحقيق النتائج المطلوبة.
  • إعداد التقارير الدورية الخاصة بالأداء والعائد على الاستثمار (ROI).

الشروط والمتطلبات:

  • خبرة
    لا تقل عن 5 سنوات
    في مجال
    التسويق الإلكتروني داخل السوق السعودي
    (شرط أساسي).
  • معرفة قوية بإدارة الحملات الممولة وإعلانات Google وMeta.
  • مهارات قيادية وتحليلية عالية.
  • إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية واستخدام أدوات التسويق الحديثة.
  • القدرة على العمل عن بُعد بكفاءة وتنظيم.
