Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real-Time Analyst or Workforce Management Scheduler located in Alexandria, Egypt. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as monitoring and managing real-time call center statistics, coordinating and executing workforce schedules, and ensuring adherence to staffing plans. The individual will also be responsible for analyzing trends, creating reports, and communicating with management and staff to optimize workforce productivity.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Workforce Management and Workforce Planning
  • Strong Analytical Skills and eWFM (electronic Workforce Management) experience
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or related field is a plus
