Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst - Pharmacy, located in Alexandria, Egypt. The Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business processes and requirements, developing business strategies, and ensuring the efficient implementation of projects. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and documenting business requirements, identifying areas for improvement, and communicating findings to stakeholders to facilitate data-driven decision-making in the pharmacy sector.

Qualifications

  • What You'll Do:
  • * Develop and enforce performance frameworks.
  • * Translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
  • * Foster a performance-driven culture.
  • * Lead initiatives for process and efficiency improvements.
  • What We're Looking For:
  • * 1–2 years of experience in OD, performance management, or business analysis.
  • * Strong skills in process modeling & performance reporting.
  • * Certifications in TQM, Lean Six Sigma, BA, or OD are a plus.
