Sales Engineer

Duties & Responsibilities:
Sell data center solutions, including but not limited to UPS, cooling, rectifiers, racks, PDUs, and monitoring, and create sales opportunities within an assigned area/sector to meet company objectives and ensure customer satisfaction.
Start and maintain business with key clients such as consultants, contractors, and large customers.
Develop and sustain business relationships across both public and private sectors.
Plan a weekly work program with the supervisor to cover assigned customers and pending deals.
Prospect for new customers who may be interested in company products.
Visit customers to present products and handle all technical and commercial inquiries.
Participate in quotation preparation, tender document reviews, and propose payment terms for supervisor review.
Attend tenders and respond to all related inquiries.
Secure customer purchase orders and collect company dues and L/Gs after deal closure.
Track competitors' products, pricing, and commercial terms and report findings to the supervisor.
Report daily activities and escalate any challenges to the supervisor for action.
Qualifications:
5–7 years of experience in a similar position.
Owning a car is a must.
Previous experience with VERTIV solutions is a plus.
