Junior Sales Engineers (Remote – Egypt)

Position Overview

We're looking for enthusiastic and driven 
Junior Sales Engineers
 who are passionate about technology and enjoy building meaningful client relationships. This entry-level role is perfect for fresh graduates who want to develop a career in technical sales while learning directly from experienced sales professionals. You don't need prior sales experience, just curiosity, confidence, and a willingness to learn. 
Fluency in English,
as you'll be interacting with international clients and teams.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, taking the time to understand their technical needs and suggest the right solutions.

Sales Outreach

  • Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and social media to help generate new leads.

Technical Understanding

  • Learn about our engineering and technology services so you can confidently discuss solutions with clients.

Lead Generation

  • Identify, qualify, and nurture sales leads to support overall business growth.

Sales Strategy

  • Collaborate with senior sales engineers to plan and execute sales strategies and meet performance goals.

Reporting

  • Use CRM tools to track sales activities, follow-ups, and progress, ensuring accurate and organized records.

Customer Support

  • Assist clients throughout the sales process by offering initial guidance and helping answer basic questions.

Qualifications

  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
    , with strong communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, or a related technical field is preferred but not required.
  • Fresh graduates with an interest in sales, customer service, and technology are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a technical mindset.
  • Ability to work 
    Monday to Friday, 1 PM – 9 PM (Egypt time)
    .
  • Basic familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a collaborative team environment.
