We are seeking a motivated Sales / Customer Service Agent who will handle customer inquiries, promote products or services, and ensure an excellent customer experience. You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Process orders, returns, and follow up on pending requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
  • Handle customer complaints with patience and problem-solving skills.
  • Stay updated on product features, company policies, and promotions.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • A Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
