Customer Service, Communication and English Skills in ActionAs a Customer Service Agent at Amazon, you will play an essential role in providing first-class support to our diverse customer base. You will serve as a positive, solution-oriented representative, ensuring each interaction builds trust and exceeds customer expectations. This role is ideal for communicative individuals with a flair for sales and a strong commitment to customer orientation.
Core Responsibilities: Excellence in Customer Orientation & Sales- Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer queries via telephone, email, or chat, always in English.
- Present clear and concise information on an array of products and services, leveraging your strong communication skills.
- Identify customer needs and offer relevant solutions, actively promoting suitable products or services when appropriate.
- Demonstrate empathy and professionalism in addressing client issues, ensuring a high level of satisfaction with every contact.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer communications and feedback within our CRM platform.
- Collaborate within your team and with other departments to resolve complex inquiries and continuously improve service processes.
- Adhere to NOK HC's values of integrity, respect, and outstanding customer service in all professional interactions.
- Exceptional English language proficiency, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service or related, client-facing roles, preferably within an international context.
- A confident approach to upselling and supporting sales initiatives within service conversations.
- Strong customer focus, with the ability to listen actively, understand needs, and deliver clear solutions.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Capacity to handle multiple tasks and prioritise in fast-paced situations.
- Background in customer service, contact centre, or sales support roles (advantageous but not required).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
- Experience in achieving or surpassing customer satisfaction targets.
