Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Knowledge Specialist based in Cairo, Egypt. The Knowledge Specialist will be responsible for managing organizational knowledge, facilitating knowledge sharing, analyzing data, and ensuring effective communication within the team and with customers. The role involves constantly updating and maintaining the knowledge base and providing customer service.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Knowledge Management and facilitating Knowledge Sharing
  • Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and problem-solving
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the IT industry is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
