Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Call Center Representative, located in 6th of October. The Call Center Representative will manage inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide excellent customer service. The role also involves documenting customer interactions, updating relevant records, and collaborating with team members to address customer needs effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Service techniques, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills to effectively communicate and build rapport with clients
  • Basic or advanced Computer Literacy to manage customer records and handle digital tools efficiently
  • Detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure
  • Fluency in spoken and written communication in English; multilingual abilities are a plus
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or relevant certification is an added advantage
