Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Talent Acquisition Officer
to support large-scale hiring for our
Direct Sales teams
. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, handle high-volume sourcing, and ensure the timely hiring of qualified sales candidates while delivering an excellent candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle for mass hiring roles (mainly Direct Sales positions).

Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, walk-in recruitment, and recruitment events.

Screen CVs and conduct initial phone and face-to-face interviews.

Coordinate assessment days, group interviews, and hiring campaigns.

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet hiring targets.

Schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.

Track and update recruitment progress using ATS and Excel trackers.

Prepare and issue job offers and complete hiring documentation.

Coordinate onboarding processes with internal stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment standards.

Provide regular recruitment reports and hiring metrics.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

1–3 years of experience in recruitment
, preferably in mass hiring or sales recruitment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Good interviewing and assessment capabilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

Experience using ATS systems is an advantage.
