Responsibilities Over view

Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates and screening applications, to conducting interviews, submitting job offers, and facilitating the hiring process. The recruiting specialist collaborates with the Human Resources Manager to understand job requirements, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience while adhering to legal and ethical standards.

Core Responsibilities

  • Sourcing Candidates
    : Identify and attract qualified candidates through various methods, including online platforms, social media, career fairs, and building talent networks.
  • Screening and Interviewing
    : Reviewing resumes and qualifications, conducting initial phone interviews, and conducting in-depth interviews to assess candidates' qualifications.
  • Closingly collaborate with department:
    heads to define job requirements, refine selection criteria, and understand team dynamics.
  • Offering and Negotiating:
    Extending job offers, negotiating terms, and finalizing employment agreements.
  • Process Management
    : Manage the overall recruitment cycle, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with all parties, and ensuring a smooth process.
  • Background and Reference Checks
    : Conduct comprehensive background checks and contact references to verify the candidate's qualifications and work history.
  • Recruitment Support:
    Assist with onboarding new employees by providing them with information about company policies and benefits, and assisting with orientation.
  • Building Employer Identity:
    Contributing to building a positive employer identity and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Record Keeping:
    Maintaining accurate employee records and processing all necessary employment documents.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • At least two years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
  • certifications in human resources such as SHRM and PHR are preferred.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication, interaction, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with others
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
