Role Overview

We are offering a paid, full-time internship opportunity for motivated individuals interested in recruitment and human resources. As a Recruitment Specialist Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Assisting in identifying, screening, and hiring candidates for diverse roles

Conducting candidate interviews and supporting various stages of the recruitment cycle

Coordinating with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth process

Participating in training and onboarding activities

Ensuring recruitment operations align with company standards and policies

Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent organization and time management abilities

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting

Basic English proficiency is a plus

Open to final-year university students from all majors

Internship Details

Compensation: Paid Internship

Duration: 3 months

Working Hours: 40 hours/week

Working Days: 6 days/wee
