This is a full-time remote role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The individual in this role will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle recruiting process, developing and implementing effective hiring strategies, conducting interviews, and fostering strong employer branding to attract top talent. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers, building a robust candidate pipeline, and maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
  • Strong skills in Hiring strategies and techniques to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Experience in Employer Branding to promote the company as an employer of choice.
  • Excellent Interviewing and Recruiting skills, including the ability to assess fit and potential for various roles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across teams and with candidates.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is a plus.
  • Previous experience in talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field is highly desired.
