Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager, based in Cairo. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Key responsibilities include fostering customer loyalty, addressing concerns, gathering feedback, and developing solutions to improve customer experiences. The Customer Success Manager will also analyze client interactions and data to recommend strategies for enhancing the overall customer journey and providing consistent support.

  • Proven expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and improve customer experience
  • Experience in Customer Retention and Relationship Building to ensure long-term loyalty
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client needs
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Prior experience in real estate or customer success roles is a plus
