We are hiring: Customer Success Specialist (Full-time, On-site – Cairo)
Nanovate is expanding its enterprise AI solutions across the region, and we are looking for a Customer Success Specialist who can support our clients throughout onboarding, adoption, and ongoing usage of our products. This role is essential for ensuring that customers receive maximum value from our platform and have a seamless experience at every stage.
Role Overview
The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for onboarding new clients, training users, gathering feedback, addressing product-related inquiries, and helping customers achieve measurable results with Nanovate's AI solutions. You will work closely with the Product, Sales, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
• Own the onboarding process for new clients and ensure successful implementation
• Provide training sessions, product walkthroughs, and ongoing support
• Track customer usage, identify adoption gaps, and proactively recommend improvements
• Manage client inquiries and coordinate solutions with product and engineering teams
• Build strong relationships with users and understand their goals and challenges
• Gather customer insights to support product roadmap decisions
• Maintain documentation, help center materials, and client resources
• Assist the sales team with renewals, upselling opportunities, and account management
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution
Requirements
• Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, clear manner
• Experience with SaaS, enterprise software, or AI-based products is preferred
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple clients and priorities
• Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes for clients
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Cairo
