We are looking for a highly skilled Contracts & Tenders Officer to join our Egypt branch. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in managing contracts and tenders within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in addition to strong supplier communication and English language skills.

Key Responsibilities


• Manage the full lifecycle of contracts and tenders, including preparation, submission, follow-up, and documentation.


• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure compliance with company standards and project requirements.


• Review and analyze tender documents, contract terms, and conditions.


• Prepare technical and commercial proposals aligned with company objectives.


• Maintain a database of suppliers and ensure continuous improvement of sourcing activities.


• Collaborate with the Business Development Department to support bidding strategies and project pipelines.


• Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and internal policies.

Requirements


• Minimum 5 years of experience in contracts and tenders within Saudi Arabia (KSA) — mandatory.


• Strong communication and negotiation skills with suppliers.


• Excellent command of English (written and spoken).


• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.


• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.


• Proficiency in MS Office and procurement/ERP systems (preferred).
