We are seeking an experienced
Maintenance Director
to lead our maintenance team and ensure the safe and efficient operation of our fleet and he is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of vehicles, equipment.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure all vehicles and equipment are in good working condition and safe for use.
  • Create and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers, technicians, and maintenance staff, ensuring they meet performance standards and comply with QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) requirements.
  • Maintain compliance with QHSE regulations and inspection requirements, ensuring all equipment and vehicles meet industry standards.
  • Work closely with operations departments to minimize downtime.
  • Regularly inspect vehicles and equipment, monitor performance metrics, and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and costs.
  • The Maintenance Director plays a critical role in the smooth operation of the transportation company by ensuring that all vehicles and equipment are maintained efficiently and safely.

Qualifications

  • A graduate from a reputable university, preferably in Mechatronics, Power Mechatronics/Mechanics, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in maintenance management in the transportation industry
  • Experience in bus maintenance operations is a must.
