Accounts Receivable Accountant
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update customer accounts.
- Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and credit notes.
- Conduct regular follow-up with customers to ensure timely collection.
- Prepare AR ageing reports and analyze overdue accounts.
- Reconcile customer statements and ensure accurate postings.
- Support the month-end closing process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1–3 years experience in Accounts Receivable.
- Strong knowledge of billing, collections, and reconciliations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; ERP experience (SAP) preferred.
General Accountant
Main Responsibilities:
- Handle daily accounting transactions and journal entries.
- Manage the general ledger and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in external and internal audits.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable cycles when required.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 2–4 years of experience as a General Accountant.
- Strong understanding of IFRS/GAAP principles.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; ERP experience (SAP) preferred.
Cost Control Accountant
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control operational and production costs.
- Prepare cost analysis reports and identify variances.
- Review and validate cost allocations across departments.
- Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.
- Work closely with procurement, operations, and finance teams.
- Participate in inventory costing, stock valuation, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Analyze trends and provide recommendations to reduce costs.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in cost control or management accounting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent knowledge of cost accounting methods.
- Proficiency in MS Excel; ERP experience (SAP) preferred.
