Export Specialist/Key Accounts Executive
Role Overview: This is a full-time, on-site role for a highly motivated Export Specialist/Key Accounts Executive. The successful candidate will manage international customer accounts and oversee export operations from order receipt through final delivery. The role requires close coordination across departments, strong client relationship management, and a focus on operational excellence to support business growth.
Qualifications & Skills
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in export operations or international logistics
-Proficiency in using SAP and managing related operational processes.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP experience is required).
-Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English and Arabic, additional languages are a plus.
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Marketing Coordinator
Role Overview:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a highly proactive Marketing Coordinator. The successful candidate will provide administrative and operational support to the Marketing and Export teams, ensuring daily activities are well organized, efficiently executed, and aligned with established timelines and schedules.
Qualifications & Skills
-Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
-Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or a related role.
-Strong organizational and time management skills.
-Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic; additional languages are a plus.
-Proficiency in MS Excel; ERP experience (SAP) is preferred.
-Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite), and Microsoft Office.
-High attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
