Main Job Purpose

Leading and managing complex technical integrations between the company's fintech systems and external partners, merchants, and financial institutions. Ensuring seamless service delivery, reliable transaction processing, and optimal system performance by acting as a technical expert and mentor to the integration support team. Maintaining operational continuity, enhancing partner experience, and supporting business growth through proactive issue resolution, process optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Accountabilities


• Lead and manage complex integration projects for key merchants, partners, and financial institutions.


• Act as a technical escalation point for integration-related issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution within defined SLAs.


• Conduct advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization for APIs, payment gateways, and transaction flows.


• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Treasury, and Operations teams to improve integration processes and system performance.


• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, integration guides, and support materials.


• Monitor integration health, transaction performance, and service availability using monitoring and analytics tools.


• Assist in defining integration best practices and technical support procedures to enhance operational excellence.


• Support incident management processes and participate in post-incident reviews to improve system resilience.


• Support junior Integration Support Engineers, providing guidance and knowledge-sharing.

Job Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.


• 3-4 years of experience in technical support, integration engineering, or system support role preferably within a fintech, banking, or payment solutions environment.


• In-depth understanding of financial technologies, online payment systems, digital wallets, APIs, or similar platforms.


• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g. Kibana, Grafana, DataDog) and API testing tools (e.g. Postman, Swagger).


• Familiarity with payment gateways, transaction flows, and reconciliation processes is a plus.


• Experience with SQL and working knowledge of relational databases.


• Understanding of basic networking, security protocols, and encryption technologies used in financial transactions.


• Experience with customer support tools (Freshdesk, Jira, Kibana, or similar platforms).


• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and mobile applications (iOS, Android) is a plus.


• Proactive and eager to learn about the latest FinTech trends and technologies.
