Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for some remote work. The Senior IT Presales Engineer will play a key role in supporting business development efforts by designing tailored IT solutions to meet client needs. Responsibilities include crafting detailed solution proposals, responding to client RFPs and RFIs, conducting technical presentations and demonstrations, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure solutions align with customer requirements. The candidate will also troubleshoot technical challenges and build strong customer relationships to drive project success.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Information Technology, Networking, and Network Security
  • Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support for a variety of IT systems
  • Experience with system integration and implementation processes
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and stakeholders
  • Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Security+) are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience
