Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Structural BIM Engineer located in Qesm El Maadi. The Senior Structural BIM Engineer will be responsible for developing and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows, creating and reviewing construction drawings, and coordinating multi-disciplinary designs. The role involves working on projects across industrial, commercial, and residential sectors, ensuring structural accuracy and compliance with design standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and software
  • Strong knowledge of Construction Drawings and documentation processes
  • Understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and their integration into structural designs
  • Background in Civil Engineering
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Structural , Civil Engineering or related field; advanced certifications are a plus
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a structural BIM role
