About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecom Optimizer with at least 7 years of experience in the telecommunications industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and improving network performance to ensure the highest quality of service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform radio network optimization (2G/4G/5G) to enhance KPIs and ensure network quality targets are achieved.

· Conduct drive test analysis and post-processing using tools such as TEMS, Nemo, or Actix.

· Identify and resolve coverage, capacity, and interference issues through parameter tuning and neighbor optimization.

· Support new site integrations, cluster optimization, and network rollout activities.

· Collaborate with planning, implementation, and field teams to improve end-user experience.

· Prepare detailed optimization reports and recommend technical solutions for performance enhancement.

Qualifications
:

· Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field.

· Minimum 7 years of experience in RF Optimization for mobile networks.

· Strong understanding of RAN technologies (2G/3G/4G/5G) and network KPIs.

· Familiarity with Huawei systems preferred.

· Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
