Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Avaya Senior Engineer based in Cairo, Egypt. The Avaya Senior Engineer will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining Avaya communication solutions. Daily tasks include troubleshooting system issues, performing upgrades, integrating systems with other platforms, and ensuring peak system performance. The role may also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement enterprise-level communication strategies.

Qualifications

  • Experience 3-5 Years
  • Proficiency in Avaya Communication Manager, Avaya Aura, and Avaya IP Office systems
  • Expertise in VoIP, SIP protocols, and telecommunication network architecture
  • Strong problem-solving abilities in troubleshooting and maintaining Avaya systems
  • Experience in configuring and integrating Avaya solutions with third-party platforms
  • Knowledge of system upgrades, patches, and overall lifecycle management
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and technical teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field
  • Avaya certifications (e.g., ACIS, ACSS) are highly desirable
  • Previous experience in enterprise-level communications is a plus
