Role Overview:

The Commercial Insights Senior Manager plays a key role in driving Paymob business growth and performance through data-driven decision-making, You'll be responsible for developing commercial insights, forecasting, and strategic analysis to optimize pricing, sales, and profitability across business units

Your Journey:

  • Lead the transformation of data into actionable insights that shape commercial and strategic decisions.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and customer behavior to uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models that guide business performance.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to align insights with commercial goals.
  • Drive pricing strategies, forecasting, and business cases that strengthen profitability.
  • Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership, influencing key decisions.
  • Champion data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting tools and platforms.
  • Mentor and empower analysts, fostering a culture of curiosity and analytical excellence.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or MBA is an advantage.
  • 5–7 years of experience in Commercial Insights, Business Intelligence, or Strategy roles.
  • Proficiency in analytical and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL).
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in [insert industry, e.g., FMCG, Telecom, or E-commerce].
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
