Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Specialist, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Technical Specialist will handle day-to-day technical support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and provide excellent customer service. The role involves analyzing technical problems, communicating with clients to resolve their issues, and ensuring optimum performance of IT systems and equipment.

Qualifications

  • Maintain Handheld (Like mobiles), portable printers and Label printers.
  • Can work on repairing MLB of devices.
  • Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills.
  • Previous experience with IT equipment, AIDC devices and systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
