B2B Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor the corporate and outdoor sales teams
- Develop and execute corporate sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Set sales targets, KPIs, and monitor team performance
- Manage key corporate accounts and high-value clients
- Oversee client meetings, negotiations, and contract closures
- Track sales pipelines, forecasts, and prepare detailed sales reports for management
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Corporate Sales Manager or in a senior B2B sales role
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities
- Experience in office furniture, interiors, or related B2B industries is a strong advantage
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate market trends and sales performance
