We are seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join our team The ideal candidate will have strong technical and commercial expertise, with a background in industrial engineering. Experience in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industries is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:


• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in local and international markets, especially within the Pharma and FMCG sectors.


• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.


• Represent Nass Tech in meetings, presentations, industry events, and trade shows.


• Lead the proposal and bidding process, coordinate with technical teams, and develop pricing strategies.


• Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to align solutions with market needs.


• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, potential clients, and partnership opportunities.


• Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and market feedback for senior management.


• Maintain CRM tools and ensure accurate, up-to-date sales data.


• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience:


• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Chemical).


• 3–5 years of experience in industrial or technical sales.


• Strong understanding of industrial engineering; pharma industry experience is a plus.


• Proven success in B2B or consultative solution selling.

Skills:


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


• Strong analytical thinking and strategic planning abilities.


• Ability to understand technical solutions and translate them into business value.


• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.


• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).


• Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and online research tools.
