Role Description:--

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior / Expert Tele-sales professional located in Dokki/Giza.

The Tele-sales professional will be responsible for making outbound sales calls, understanding customers' needs, providing information about our products/services, and closing sales. They will also be tasked with maintaining customer databases, following up on leads, and achieving monthly sales targets. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, as well as the ability to handle customer objections and feedback effectively.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the Education sector is
    preferred
    .
  • Proven +3 years of experience in Telesales sales, within Gulf region is
    preferred
    .
  • Customer service and relationship management skills
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in maintaining customer databases and CRM tools
  • Experience in tele-sales or a similar sales role
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
