FMCG manufacturing company specializing in high-quality food products, with a growing footprint in local and international markets. We're expanding our global presence and seeking a strategic, results-driven B2B Sales & Export Director to lead our domestic and export commercial operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B and export sales strategy aligned with our factory growth objectives.
• Identify and develop partnerships with distributors, importers, and institutional buyers in key markets.
• Lead and manage the local and international sales teams, setting clear performance targets and KPIs.
• Oversee negotiations, pricing, and contracts to ensure profitable and sustainable relationships.
• Conduct market analysis to identify emerging opportunities and competitive trends.
• Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, and Marketing to ensure smooth fulfillment and brand consistency across markets.
• Represent our factory in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events.
• Manage export documentation, logistics coordination, and compliance with export regulations.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for executive management.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or International Trade; MBA is an asset.
• 10+ years of experience in FMCG sales and export management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of driving B2B growth and expanding export markets (preferably in food or beverage sectors).
• Strong understanding of international trade, export procedures, and distribution models.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Experience working across the Middle East, Africa, and/or European markets is highly desirable.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; French is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
