Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jeddah for a Commercial Director. The Commercial Director will oversee and manage commercial operations, including business planning, sales strategies, and revenue growth efforts. The role involves driving commercial initiatives, managing budgets, and leading teams to align with strategic goals. Other responsibilities include analyzing market opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring organizational objectives and policies are met effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for assessing business performance and market opportunities
  • Expertise in Business Planning and Commercial Management
  • Proven ability in Team Management to lead and guide diverse teams effectively
  • Sales acumen, including the ability to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Experience in the consulting, project management, or HR services sectors is a plus
