Krass Construction is seeking a #
detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Coordinator
to join our Cairo Head Office team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating procurement activities, ensuring timely supply of materials, and supporting the overall efficiency of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the purchasing process for materials, tools, and subcontracted services.
  • Request and analyze quotations, negotiate pricing and delivery terms with suppliers.
  • Issue purchase orders and ensure timely delivery to sites.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier databases.
  • Collaborate with the procurement, warehouse, and site teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Follow up on pending orders and resolve any discrepancies with suppliers or invoices.
  • Assist in vendor evaluation and cost analysis reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
    is a must.
  • 3–5 years of experience
    in purchasing within the
    construction industry
    is a must.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficient in
    MS Office
    and ERP systems .
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
