We're looking for a
Senior Purchasing Specialist
to join a leading company in the
sportswear industry
. If you have strong negotiation skills and a sharp eye for detail, this opportunity is for you

Job Discerption:

  • Sourcing new suppliers and ensuring that the purchased products and materials meet the required technical specifications
  • Negotiating purchase terms and evaluating the suppliers' performances
  • Ensuring timely deliveries and resolving any supply issues or discrepancies
  • Preparing proposals, requesting quotes, and negotiating purchase terms and conditions
  • Ensuring that contracts' terms and conditions are in line with Atum's policies and are written in legal form
  • Inspecting and evaluating the quality of purchased items and correcting shortcomings
  • Preparing reports and maintaining accurate inventory and procurement records
  • Conducting market and product research and cost analysis
  • Coordinating with the requisitions department to obtain required administrative information and documents necessary for processing the procurement
  • Reviewing and updating the list of contracts and keeping track of their renewal dates

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of issuing and managing Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Hands-on experience using Odoo ERP system.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage vendors and ensure timely delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Location: Zahraa El Maadi

Days Off: 2 Days Off (Friday& Saturday)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
