The Opportunity

We're seeking results-driven
Telesales Agents
who are passionate about healthcare and excel at building patient relationships. In this role, you'll be the voice of our organization, helping patients access our services while driving meaningful business results.

What You'll Do

Core Responsibilities:


Outbound Sales Calls
– Proactively reach out to marketing leads and prospective patients


No-Show Recovery
– Re-engage patients who missed appointments and convert them back to active patients


Lead Conversion
– Apply persuasive sales techniques to achieve and exceed conversion targets


CRM Management
– Maintain accurate records and follow-up activities in our CRM system


Patient Education
– Clearly communicate our services, benefits, and value proposition


Target Achievement
– Consistently meet and exceed KPIs for calls, conversions, and patient satisfaction

Who We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience:
    Minimum 1 year in telesales (medical/healthcare industry strongly preferred)
  • Language Skills:
  • Excellent English
    (B2 level or higher) – written and spoken
  • Strong Saudi accent proficiency
    (essential for regional patient communication)
  • Fluent Arabic
  • Hard Sales Techniques
    – Proven ability to close deals and overcome objections
