Job Summary:

The Senior Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment for technical and IT roles across the organization. This role focuses on attracting, assessing, and hiring high-quality technical talent while partnering closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and deliver timely, effective hiring solutions.

The position requires strong hands-on sourcing expertise, market awareness, and the ability to manage multiple technical requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for technical roles including software development, infrastructure, data, and IT support positions.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and technical leads to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial screenings and technical interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview processes and ensure a smooth candidate experience from first contact to offer stage.
  • Provide clear and timely feedback to candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
  • Support offer management, salary alignment, and candidate negotiation in coordination with HR and management.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and hiring metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, pipeline status).
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and support recruitment marketing activities when needed.
  • Stay informed about local IT market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum
    4–6 years of experience
    in technical or IT recruitment, preferably within IT companies or tech-driven organizations.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, skill sets, and hiring challenges in the IT sector.
  • Hands-on experience with ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously and meet hiring timelines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
