Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Employee C1 at RAYA CX, located in Qesm 2nd 6 October. The Back Office Employee will handle routine administrative and operational tasks, ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day processes. Responsibilities include supporting back-office operations, coordinating with different departments, managing data, and processing requests or queries efficiently. Collaboration with team members and providing timely updates to stakeholders will be key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Back Office Operations, including data entry, maintaining records, and managing administrative tasks
  • Strong Communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in Customer Service with a customer-first approach to ensure quality support
  • Knowledge in Finance and Sales operations is highly desirable
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
