Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Manager located in Ain Sokhna. The Maintenance Manager will oversee daily maintenance operations, manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, and ensure all equipment is functioning optimally. Responsibilities include supervising maintenance teams, overseeing repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The Manager will also play a critical role in developing and implementing maintenance strategies to support hotel and resort facilities.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills, including the ability to lead, manage, and coordinate maintenance teams effectively
  • Proficient in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance practices, with the ability to diagnose and address equipment issues proactively
  • Expertise in Maintenance Management, and Maintenance & Repair across diverse systems and infrastructure
  • Ability to ensure compliance with health, safety, and technical standards
  • Experience in hospitality or resort facility maintenance is highly advantageous
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field is preferred
