Job Description

  • Very Good Knowledge of Industrial Automation systems, drives & motors, having experience in handling automation maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Independently handled troubleshooting working experience in PLC [ Siemens ], SCADA, Drives [ Sinamics – ABB - Schneider ], instrumentation, and automation systems.
  • Very Good Knowledge of process programming & HMI development/modifications for PLC systems, different communication protocols used between PLC & Drives, or automation.
  • Good exposure to maintenance planning/execution.
  • Should be able to troubleshoot problems and initiate maintenance practices like Preventive & Predictive Maintenance.
  • Very Good Knowledge of Medium Voltage / Low Voltage Systems, MV Transformers, UPS.
  • Proficient in Handling Technical Issues through Root Cause Analysis.
  • Manages to decrease losses across processing operations.
  • Follow and achieve the KPIs of The Production Line.
  • Follow up and control spare parts stock.
  • Strong knowledge and awareness of HSE Health Safety and Environment, and LOTO Procedures in Industry.
  • Development of Technical Performance of Technicians through training and leadership.

Job Requirements

  • BSc of Electrical Engineering
  • 2 - 4 years hands-on experience.
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Leadership

  • Professional user of Microsoft Office Package.
  • Familiarity with ERP / SAP System.
  • Preferably Suez Residents.
