Accountabilities:

1. Team Management:

2. Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the IT infrastructure team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on time.

3. Provide technical support, mentoring, and training to team members to ensure high performance.
4. Maintain effective communication and collaboration within the team and with other departments.

Systems and Network Management
:

• Supervise the operation and maintenance of servers, networks, and overall IT infrastructure.
• Ensure optimal performance and stability of LAN/WAN networks.
• Respond promptly to infrastructure-related issues to minimize downtime.

Cloud and Virtualization Management
:

• Manage and maintain virtual environments (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
• Implement and monitor cloud security policies, performance, and cost optimization.
• Ensure cloud infrastructure complies with security and corporate standards.

Backup and Disaster Recovery:

• Implement data backup and disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.
• Conduct regular DR tests and make improvements as needed.
• Monitor daily backup operations and generate related reports.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, including system configurations and procedures.
• Report infrastructure-related risks or issues to IT Manager.

Project Support and Technical Upgrades:

• Support company projects by providing appropriate infrastructure solutions.
• Oversee system and software upgrades with minimal disruption to operations.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as required.

• IT Manager.

Education Background:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field

Gender

• Male.

Qualification:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role and similar field.
• Total years of experience 8:10 Years.
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
• VMware Certified Professional (VCP).
• CompTIA Network+ / Security+.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments.
• Solid understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls).
• Language proficiency: Intermediate at English.
