We are hiring an R&D Specialist to independently handle research and development activities in our cosmetics laboratory.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of hands-on experience in cosmetic formulation and toll manufacturing, with strong technical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:


• Independently develop and optimize cosmetic and personal care formulations.


• Supervise pilot and production batches to ensure quality, performance, and process consistency.


• Conduct lab trials, testing, and stability studies.


• Source raw materials and coordinate with toll manufacturers.


• Prepare documentation, formulations, and reports related to product development.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or a related field.


• 1–3 years of practical experience in cosmetics R&D.


• Solid understanding of formulation, manufacturing, and product evaluation.


• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects independently.
