Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a General Accountant. The General Accountant will be responsible for managing daily accounting tasks such as financial reporting, bookkeeping, and reconciliation. This role involves preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting month-end and year-end close processes. Additionally, the General Accountant will assist with budgeting, forecasting, and providing financial insights to support decision-making. Although the role is based in El Sheikh Zaid, some work from home is acceptable to maintain flexibility.

Qualifications

  • Financial reporting, bookkeeping, and reconciliation skills
  • Experience with preparing and analyzing financial statements
  • Understanding of ensuring compliance with accounting standards
  • Skills in budgeting, forecasting, and providing financial insights
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Maximum 3 Years Experience
