Title: Senior accountant

Reported to accounting manager

About the job: supervise general accounting operations and control our financial transactions. will also include reconciling account balances and bank statements٫ maintaining the general ledger٫bookkeeping, preparing month-end close procedures and ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in all company's accounting tasks.

Job description:

1-Review and analyze financial data and create reports on financial status based on the analysis results.

2-Review and manage accounts payable and receivable.

3-Supervise accounting assistants and bookkeepers٫ plan their work and assign tasks.

4-Support business processes and accounting policies and prepare corresponding documentation. 5-Work together with financial and accounting managers to optimize financial operations.

6- Assist in preparing the taxation reports (VAT and income tax).

7-Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information (AR, AP and fixed assets).

8-Ensure the monthly and quarterly Bank Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner.

9-Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets.

Job qualifications:

1- BS degree in Accounting٫ Finance or other relevant are a certification such as CMA or CPA will be a bonus.

2- 3+ years' experience of working as Senior Accountant.

3- Good practical experience with accounting software packages٫ such as Zoho and QuickBooks.

4- Good experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.

5- 3+ years' experience of working as a Financial Controller٫ Accounting Supervisor٫ Chief or Senior Accountant.

6- Excellent Command in MS Office.

7- Accuracy and attention to detail.

8- Time management, Detail oriented and analytical skills.
