The
Senior General Accountant
is responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accurate and timely financial records, maintaining compliance with accounting standards, and supporting management with reports and analyses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily accounting transactions including journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Perform general ledger reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data.
  • Monitor accounts payable and receivable; reconcile bank and intercompany accounts.
  • Ensure compliance with local tax regulations (VAT, income tax, withholding tax, etc.).
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Assist auditors (internal & external) during audit reviews.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum
    5 years
    of accounting experience.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g.,
    SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or ERP systems
    ) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and integrity.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
