Main Purpose:

  • Manage the full cycle of general ledger transactions, ensure compliance with financial reporting standards in the preparation of all periodic financial reports and the corporate annual report, support external audits, and coordinate budgeting and tax preparation.

Responsibilities:

  • All GL transactions and preparation of periodic financial statements and the corporate annual report.
  • Ensures that financial reports comply with generally accepted accounting principles or financial reporting standards.
  • Assists external auditors and provides required statements and information for the annual audit.
  • Reviews budget reports and assists other departments to prepare annual budgets.
  • Coordinates the preparation of the corporate tax return.
  • Identifies and recommends updates to accounting processes and procedures.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and ERP - Oracle System is the must
  • Very good in English is the must
  • Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
  • Excellent organizational and supervisory skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
  • AP/AR/GL experience on hand
