Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced
Senior Audit & Compliance Professional

to oversee the
financial statements, internal controls, and external audit coordination

of multiple companies operating in different countries. The ideal candidate must possess
top-level accounting/auditing certifications

, deep knowledge of
international accounting standards

, and proven experience handling
multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Audit & Assurance

  • Lead and manage the full audit cycle for multiple companies across different countries.
  • Ensure full compliance with
    IFRS / GAAP / local statutory standards

.
- Review and finalize consolidated financial statements.
- Identify financial risks and implement internal controls.

Compliance & Regulations

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with
    local tax, legal, and regulatory requirements

in each country.
- Liaise with external auditors, regulators, and authorities.
- Develop and maintain audit policies and procedures.

Accounting Oversight

  • Supervise and review accounting records and month-end/year-end closing.
  • Oversee intercompany transactions and consolidation.
  • Guide complex accounting treatments.

Strategic & Advisory Role

  • Advise management on financial risks, process improvements, and cost-efficiency.
  • Standardize accounting and audit processes across all entities.
  • Support expansion into new markets with a proper financial setup.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Lead or coordinate with finance teams in each country.
  • Provide training and build audit best practices.
  • Report directly to Group CFO / CEO / Board.

Qualifications Required:

Mandatory Certifications (one or more):

  • CPA, ACCA, CA, CIA, CMA

(Top-level global qualifications)

Experience:

  • 7–10+ years in auditing & accounting (Big 4 experience preferred)
  • Experience with
    multiple companies or group-level consolidation
  • Experience across different
    countries or regions (GCC/international)

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of
    IFRS & international audit standards
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills
  • Strong leadership & communication
  • Ability to work with diverse, multi-country teams
  • High attention to detail and integrity
