Job DescriptionRole Summary
We're looking for a specialist to join the team and focus on growing our own Grocery Store "tMart", which is the region's first cloud store concept offering 30-minute delivery of groceries at hypermarket prices. You will be responsible for monitoring the performance of tmart UAE, and assisting analysis or deep dive required. You will also responsible for managing all strategic inter-departments projects, competitive landscape and customer-centric initiatives
What's On Your Plate?
● Monitor daily, weekly and monthly KPIs related to tmart Performance at all levels, and run required deep dive investigations
● Support in analyzing and managing P&L, Gather and analyze data to articulate point of views and support recommendations
● Proactively come up with suggestions to improve overall business performance We're hiring Specialist
● Lead efforts on monthly performance reviews preparation as well as any performance related report
● Run various analyses backed by data to better understand platform patterns, consumer behavior, marketing performance, promotions performance, etc.
● Act as a safeguard of all dashboards, reports and tools required to monitor performance
● Strategic problem solving - help in identifying and devising current challenges and future opportunities
● Develop business cases to defend initiatives and seek approvals. closely monitor the performance of those during and after project launch to measure the effectiveness of the implemented actions
● Put in place project management governance and develop framework

● Strategic mindset with advanced analytical and problem solving skills
● Proficient in using excel, powerpoint, g-suite
● Highly organized with 2+ years experience
● Strong communicator and stakeholder manager - you will be working across numerous markets/teams and liaising with senior team members
● Comfortable with data and ambiguity with the confidence to make sense / validate or negate out of hypothesis ● Energized by the unknown and look forward to learning each day on the job.
