Role Description

As a Performance Management Specialist, you will play a key role in driving employee effectiveness and organizational success. You will be responsible for developing and implementing performance evaluation systems, supporting managers in goal setting, and ensuring fair and consistent performance reviews. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and coaching skills to foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain performance management systems and processes across the organization.
  • Support managers in setting clear, measurable performance objectives aligned with company goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate employee performance regularly to identify strengths, development needs, and performance gaps.
  • Coordinate and facilitate annual and mid-year performance reviews.
  • Provide training and guidance to managers and employees on performance appraisal methods and feedback techniques.
  • Analyze performance data and prepare detailed reports and dashboards for senior management.
  • Collaborate with HR and department heads to design performance improvement plans when needed.
  • Ensure performance evaluations are fair, consistent, and aligned with company policies.
  • Link performance outcomes to reward systems, promotions, and employee development initiatives.
  • Continuously review and enhance performance management tools, templates, and systems to improve efficiency.
  • Promote a culture of continuous feedback, accountability, and professional growth.
  • Stay updated on best practices and trends in performance management and organizational development.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

5-7
years of experience in performance management or HR roles.

Hands-on experience using
HRIS systems
, preferably
SAP
or similar platforms.

Strong understanding of performance evaluation methods, KPIs, and goal-setting frameworks (OKRs, SMART goals).

Excellent analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
