The Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist who can hit the ground running. You will be the engine of our paid user acquisition strategy, taking full ownership of planning, executing, and optimising campaigns across all key digital channels. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who lives and breathes data and has a proven track record of scaling mobile apps.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and optimise paid user acquisition campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (UAC), Apple Search Ads, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Take full ownership of our Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) platform, Adjust, to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and analysis.
  • Continuously monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including CPA, CVR, ROAS, and LTV, providing actionable insights to the team.
  • Conduct rigorous A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and targeting to maximise campaign performance.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively to achieve user acquisition targets and efficiency goals.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad assets tailored for each platform.

Required Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on mobile app user acquisition.
  • Hands-on, expert-level experience managing campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads.
  • Demonstrable experience with a major MMP (Adjust is a must).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • A proactive and independent work ethic; you are someone who can take initiative and deliver results without constant supervision.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • New Cairo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
